Coordination and advice on management of archives

 

The Archives, as coordinator of the archival system of the University, provides technical support management files, to facilitate the organization of the documentation is processed in the office.

- Permanently, the General Archives establishes procedures and develops management tools to unify and standardize description for document management systems. (Rules of transference. Office Archives Management Handbook. Procedure loan documents. Table of classification)
